This 33 year old female patient exhibited significant asymmetry of the breasts. Dr. John Lettieri, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in Spartanville, SC fixed her asymmetry using both breast lift and breast implants. He performed breast lift on her left breast to raise it to the same hight as her right breast. Dr. Lettieri used the new generation of silicone gel breast implants in this patient to give her matching, fuller, larger breasts. As you can see from her before and after photos, Dr. Lettieri was able to completely reshape both breasts and fix her asymmetry.
