I had a breast augmentation because I felt I was losing breast tissue. I was over weight and had 38C going on D. I lost 25kg and my breast size dropped to 36 B/C but I noticed they lost shape...Best thing I have ever done. They are beautiful. And to all those girls with the fake boobs I mocked, haha, I have now become one of them...
